Galley: Stove

 

The stove I use is one of those tabletop butane versions. The boat store sells a Kenyon or similar for close to sixty dollars. I found an EXACT duplicate at a store called Northern Hydraulics (800-533-5545) for only 32 dollars! Their butane cannisters are much cheaper too.

 

In these pictures you can see the stove and the storage hole/shelf. I cut the hole in bulkhead using four 1 inch holes drilled in the corners and then cutting the straight lines. I put a shelf inside with little side walls to keep the stove from falling out. The shelf is mounted just lower than the cutout so that there is a lip at the front edge.
